Metroid Prime 1 and 2 are on Gamecube, Prime 3 is on the Wii. The Wii can play Gamecube games.
Also all 3 games have been released for the Wii in a single box as Metroid Prime Trilogy.

Always look forward to the boss battles with Ridley, whichever form he's in. The guy's like Jason or Michael Myers; he just doesn't stay dead. He's died and been brought back to life like seven times. That says just how awesome Geoform 143 is.

The first time i saw that thing i was like, WHAT?? YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?? but the second time, it was really easy in Hypermode.

I owned all 3 metroid primes on hard mode. It was, well... hard to say the least! 
Worth it though!

You used turbo to beat him? Oo;
I fought Ridley on my first time playing so I was still a noob, therefore I had to play him like four times before beating him... Because I bought the game of my friend and took his memory card and just continued to finding the last two chozo artifacts, I had no turbo, although it wouldn't have helped much anyways.
Use turbo on powerbeam then use turbo on missles, if you hold both of the buttons down you'll shoot missles almost as fast as you do powerbeam. I found this without any help because I messed with my new controller a little too much, I'm sure plenty of people have done it though. XD

Wow, for me that would be about fiv-ten seconds worth, then I slow down to regular just barley abve noobish fire-power.
I shoot at the same speed all the time now, no as fast as THAT though. XD

ya know that there is a way of beating him faster. when he comes down on the same platform you are on with his wings not damaged
