Shinji Senzaki (千崎 真二 Senzaki Shinji) is Kamen Rider 2000 (仮面ライダー2000 Kamen Raidā Tsū Sauzando). A disillusioned youth unsure of his future, Shinji is told about the prophecy of the 'Millennium Paradox' that will be brought about by the organisation called FATE.
