Abare (暴 Abare, lit. "Violence") is a rogue Zookepper-Type Humagear who serves the Oracle, a satellite that is recovered by BofuKinan.NET and Vertex Enterprise. A malevolent leader who commands his members to turn them against humanity. He uses the ForceRiser to transform into Kamen Rider Abare (仮面ライダー暴 Kamen Raidā Abare).

Abare is the leader of BofuKinan.NET, commanding Aya to turn Humagears against humanity.
History
Abare was originally a Zookeeper-Type Humagear who takes care of the animals at the zoo, modeled after the basis in Daybreak Factory. Seeing how humans treat badly to Humagears, compared to how they treated animals, caused Abare to show his malevolent personality before coming under the control of the Oracle.

Abare glows with red eyes and red teeth to show his sinister face. He walked closer to his target and grab their throat, holding them up in the air. He let go of the target and quickly jabs through the target's chest, breaking the armor as the screen turns white with red blood coming out of the target. As he walked away, the target explodes.

Nice job. I love how you include the metalic features from the henshin sequence. Normally, those parts don't appear in the actual form, so including them like that is a nice touch.
