Apocalypse Form is Dire's final form accessed by upgrading Stallion Form with the Ruin Trigger. Dirus refers this form as "Final Part". This form is based on Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Powers & Abilities
Conquest Bullets: Dire summons many bullet energy, allowing him to remotely shoot an enemy from all directions.
War Sabers: Dire summons two sword energy to delivers a powerful slashes.
Famine Drain: Dire restores his health by draining his enemy's energy.
Death Shadow: Dire can manipulate and summon shadows to avoid damage.
Essence Steal: Dire can steal Rider's essence by possessing them.

Finishers
As Dire crank the lever, he can perform a finisher.

Dire generate with black and purple energy and rapidly punching and kicking the enemy.

Dire press the button on top of the Ruin Trigger and crank the lever to either perform his attack or transform into his Monster Form.
Into the Post-Apocalypse! Ready, go! Havoc Flow!
- Attack: Dire absorbs the Nebula Gas and delivers a powerful punch, sending the enemy flying back.
- Transformation: Dire transforms into his Monster Form with the black panel, including ten Lost Fullbottles.

As Dire crank the lever again, he can perform a finisher.
Ready, go! Apocalypse Finish! Adios!
Dire generate a black smog to surround and summons his shadows to attack his enemies. He then jumped into the air and summons the maximum of bullet energy, raining down to the enemy from this area, strong enough to create an earthquake.
