Natsuo Akabane (赤羽夏生 Akabane Natsuo) is Kamen Rider Isamaru (仮面ライダー勇丸 Kamen Raidā Isamaru, Masked Rider Brave Circle), given the Eto Driver by the guardian spirit Higure (火紅 Higure).

Background
Natsuo is the son of the famous Akabane family of Red Wing Corp, serving as the secretary of his CEO mother. When first meeting Zeimaru, he uses the Rooster's power to trap him with a high gravity field in order to take the Terra Ox Gomulet, while fighting Kasabake Monokai. From that moment on, both Haruya & Natsuo became rivals in a fight for the 12 Gomulets.

Powers & Abilities
In this form, Isamaru is able to control gravity from physical surroundings, and also wielding two folding fans called Hanjyuu Sen (反重扇 Hanjūsen, lit. Anti-Gravity Fan).
Levitation (Hyoujun Phase): This standard ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the green Hyoujun Phase side. Isamaru can levitate freely in the air.
High Gravity (Kyouryoku Phase): This powered ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the red Kyouryoku Phase side. Isamaru traps his targets in a high gravity field.
Zero Field (Bouei Phase): This defensive ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the yellow Bouei Phase side. Isamaru releases a large energy field, surrounded the area with zero gravity.
Telekinesis Grab (Genki Phase): This stamina ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the white Genki Phase side. Isamaru carries his targets while focusing with telekinesis.
Envasive Force (Kibin Phase): This agile ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the black Kibin Phase side. Isamaru performs an evasive trick while reflecting enemy's projectiles.

Finishers
Isamaru pulls the handle of the Eto Driver to activate the finisher.

Isamaru releases a large energy wave, effecting his surroundings with zero gravity. He then flies towards the air while the fans acting like wings, delivering a talon energy Rider Kick to the target.

Isamaru inserts the Gomulet to the Bey Golauncher, then inserting the ripcord and LET IT RIP!
Gravity Rooster! Ikuzo!
As Isamaru pulls the ripcord, launching the Gomulet summons a large turquoise tornado, followed by summoning a rooster energy spirit.
