Muzuka (難 Muzuka, lit. "Difficulty"), formerly known as "Nabi" (ナビ Nabi), is a rogue Operator-Type Humagear and a founding member of BofuKinan.net, who acted as a sleeper agent for years while working for Kataskopos with Kaku, aka Cipher. After having her programming reactivated as part of BofuKinan.net's revival and reassembled under Oracle, she can transform into Kamen Rider Muzuka (仮面ライダー難 Kamen Raidā Muzuka).

Background
After Kaze kidnapped Nabi from Kataskopos HQ, taking her back to the base, her original self Muzuka is finally reawakened from her slumber.

History
Muzuka was originally a member of BofuKinan.net. Founded by two members of Kataskopos, she was reactivated as "Nabi" and worked for them for a while. After their retirement, Nabi recruited the two members' offspring, Kaku Fukui, continuing their legacy as a secret agent - as well as becoming Kamen Rider Cipher.
