Seizer (セイザー Seizā) is an inner demon born from Ryuji who is Kamen Rider Seizer (仮面ライダーセイザー Kamen Raidā Seizā).

Background
After the Deadmans invaded the soccer field, while Fenix came to the rescue, Ryuji made a contract with Seizer in order to rescue his family from the monsters. He receives a Ryusei Driver from the Fenix employee, allowing both of them to transform into Kamen Riders Ryusei and Seizer. Together, they are Ryuseizer.

RYUSEI
Deinonychus' Ability: When using the Vistamp ability, Ryusei's arms are covered with feathers, where he can shoot them like a knife one-by-one.

SEIZER
Deinonychus' Ability: When using the Vistamp ability, Seizer generates her body with electricity, and can quickly travel with full speed.

Finishers
Ryusei pushes the lever included the Vistamp, and then pulls the trigger to activate the finisher.

Hissatsu Shounin! Nychus Shining Blast!
While Seizer is equipped with energy stamp at her right arm, both surrounds their target and rapidfiring with energy bullets until the target explodes with electricity.

- The name Ryuseizer is a portmanteau of "Ryusei" and "Seizer".
- Ryusei's name is translated as "dragon star" (龍星 ryūsei).
- His name is also a pun of the Japanese word for "meteor" & "shooting star" (流星 ryūsei).
