Jet Osprey's Ability: Streaker can fly faster than her Blowing Osprey. She can propel rockets from her shoulder wings to fly faster and uses her arms to delivers a "rocket punch".

While holding the Shot Riser, Streaker delivers a powerful rocket jet energy.

Streaker fires mutiple energy rockets, act as a swarm of jets. She fly towards the enemy and drag them to the air. While flying faster, she threw them and the energy rockets targets the enemy, creates a massive explosion.
Etymology
- Kamen Rider Streaker's name comes from the "Beechcraft MQM-107 Streaker", a target towing drone primarily used by the United States Army and the United States Air Force for testing and training.
