Description
Here's my second Rider of the Jigen Era! The tagline of this series is "Write your story", which the theme is around literary and stories. The antagonists of this series are demons called Arcemons. I'll add more information later.Song

Character
Tenji Yumika (弓化 天日 Yumika Tenji) is an amnesiac man whose strange ability allows him to see into the peoples' fate in the form of a book above their head. A writing teacher who is not just focused on stopping Arcemons from spreading, but to learn about his missing past as well. So he writes a journal of his chronology, as an advice given from Tomoko. He receives the Telz Driver and the Arcane Book from Tomoko to transform into Kamen Rider Telz (仮面ライダーテルズ Kamen Raidā Teruzu).

- To transform, press the button from the Arcane Book to activate it.
- Insert the book to the Telz Driver and the driver announced "Story Time!"
- Say "Henshin!", then open the book and it announced "Hiraku!", meaning "open".
- To change forms, remove the book and replace it with another; then open the other book.
- To de-transform, remove the book.

Telz presses the button from the book and opens the page to activate the finisher.
Conclusion! Biographic Finish!
Telz surrounds his target with pages to keep them distracted. He then jumps in the air and all the pages line up. The tip of a pen appears from his right foot and the pages merge into one as Telz performs a Rider Kick, leaving a trail of an energy line.
Telz scans the Arcane Book with the Sakusaber to activate the finisher.
Conclusion! Biographic Break!
Telz delivers a Rider Slash with a stroke of white energy.
Etymology
- Tenji Yumika's last name is a homophone of the Japanese word for "read and write" (読み書き Yomikaki).
- Telz's rider name is derived from the word "tales" or "tells".
- "Sakusaber" is the portmanteau of the Japanese word for write or create (作成 sakusei) and "saber".
- "Gataroader" comes from the Japanese word for "tale" (物語 monogatari) and "roader".

Ok, after looking into this rider, this is how I picture his henshin pose & transformation!
Henshin Sequence: After pressing the book to activate and inserting it on the belt, as there's a jingle, Tenji points his arm left and slowly motions to the right like turning a page and later does a fighting pose, opens the book right after shouting "henshin!". A book is summoned behind him as it opens, words from its page swirl around him. The words absorb him as they return to the page of the book. The book flips the next page showing Tenji transforming into Telz and jumps out of the page as the book disappears closing.

Telz probably has both a Ridewatch and a Miridewatch in that he technically is "airing" the same time as Zi-O similar to how potentially once we get the next official Rider it may also have a Ridewatch as for the Miridewatch this rider is also technically a Future Rider vs Xeno being teeechnically before Zi-O so he only has a Ridewatch
