Hey guys! It's October! And you know what time it isss!!

That's right! Due to its popularity, Inktober is back at Dww!

Check out the event details below!



Event Participation:

Draw 1 image every day of the month of October and earn bonus cc and prizes at the end of the month!
Submissions for this inktober event will be awarded cc as normal~
And the bonus you receive will be determined at the end of the month depending how many images/prompts you have done!

Bonuses are given as follows:
Complete 10+ images by the end of the month, and receive 150 cc bonus
Complete 20+ images by the end of the month, and receive 300 cc bonus
Complete all 31 images by the end of the month, and receive 500 cc + a chance to enter our Inktober Raffle!

Thats right! This year the winner(s) of the raffle will receive your choice of one of the following:
A new character with Wild Ancestry!!!
Bring on the Spoopy markings with a Bengal or a Toyger cat!

An appearance changing banned trait!
Choose between Vision in one eye, Missing Limbs, or Partially Hairless to give to an existing cat!

Unlocking a new Character slot!
Allows you to unlock the next character slot for free!
Rules:
Please note that all submissions for inktober must be lined, and have minimum shading or colour on them!
No sketches will be accepted for this!
Shading/ monochrome /Black + white coloring are all accepted, as well as of course a fully coloured image!

More prompts will pop up as the month progresses~
Once these prompts are announced they can be done in any order, but we highly suggest following the order and posting them one per day! (if you missed one and need to do a quick catch though, that is okay too ;w; just make sure you aren't doing them all at once at the end of the month!! )

Please submit all finished artwork into the inktober 2018 galley folder! (under prompts!)
A post will be created at the end of the month for you to link how many you have completed, so make sure you keep track of everything till then!

Prompts can be interpreted anyway you like, and you are free to tweak it a little to better fit your characters if needed!
Images labeled NC can be non canon images (so feel free to get artistic~ )

And last but definitely not least, please make sure you have fun!

Inktober prompts!
Don't forget to submit them into the inktober 2018 folder!

Day 1: Inktober has started! Draw a monochrome (ink) image of one of your characters!
Day 2: Draw your character under the night sky!
Day 3: Draw your cat interacting with someone else's character!
Day 4: Draw your character remembering a moment from the Great Journey!
Day 5: Draw your cat with your opposite hand.
Day 6: Draw your character of when they were a kit! (if your character is a kit, draw them as a Warrior/adult!)
Day 7: If your cat was a super hero, what would their powers be? Draw your character as a Superhero! (NC)

Day 8: Draw your cat hanging out in the new camp!
Day 9: Draw a cat your character secretly finds attractive within the clan!
Day 10: If your character was not part of the warrior world, what would they be? Draw your cat as another animal! (NC)
Day 11: Draw a cat that has moved on from the world and joined Starclan. (Can be an NPC or not)
Day 12: Draw a character from the WARRIORS book series! Who is your favourite cat? (NC)

Day 13: Unlucky 13 - Draw some 'bad luck' that has happened to your cat!
Day 14: Training days. Draw your character interacting with their mentor (or past mentor if your cat is already a warrior)!

Day 15: Draw a cat that does not belong to you.

Day 16: Draw your cat exploring or finding something new!
Day 17: Draw your cat interacting with someone they dislike.
Day 18: Draw your cat as a human or humanesque form. (NC)
Day 19: Draw your character as an elder (NC)
Day 20: Draw at least one hypo kit between your cat and another character (NC)
Day 21: The borders between us: Draw your cat thinking of a friend/acquaintance from another clan!

Day 22: Draw one of your cats with their family members! Show some love!
Day 23: Draw your cat having a bad nightmare or being up awake past their bed time!
Day 24: Draw a cat your character looks up to! (Can be the leader, deputy, a parent etc!)
Day 25: Color swap! Reimagine your cat with a snazzy new color palette! (NC)
Day 26: Draw your character interacting with a kit (or kits!) from your clan!
Day 27: Draw your cat sharing prey with another! What is their favourite type of prey?
Day 28: Cold and wet: Draw your character in rain, snow, or splashing in the river!

Day 29: Halloween draws near! Create an piece featuring your character and a pumpkin! (Drawings/ Sculptures/ Carvings allowed!) (NC)
Day 30: Frights of the nights! Draw your character's worst fears!
Day 31: Happy Halloween! Draw your cat dressed up in a fun costume!! (NC)
