Scopophobia - The fear of being seen or stared at by others. This fear triggers when people stare at Jamie for too long, and can cause him to overreact/get overstimulated.
Jamie has the fear of becoming like his father (Nightmare).
Strengths: Jamie is really fast. He can get from point a to point b in the blink of an eye.
Weaknesses: Gets overstimulated easily. If Jamie is being yelled at/made fun of, he quickly shuts down and becomes a giant mess of tendrils wrapping around himself in a makeshift comfort zone. During this meltdown, it'll take a couple hours for him to calm down by himself. If someone helps calm him down, he'll recover much faster.

Bio:

* Lives a comfortable life in a world where monsters and humans live alongside each other on the surface.
* Jamie's past is unknown. All that's really known is he was discovered by Liam, and the two had been together ever since.
* Liam was also the first one to notice something off about Jamie. Taking him to professionals, they diagnosed Jamie with autism and gave him the help he needed and trained Liam on how to also help.
* Unsurprisingly, because of his disability, people often tend to think less of him once they find out he's autistic. Due to this, he'll act quiet and serious in an attempt to be taken seriously, even if acting like this upsets him while he's in public. He most often acts like this when he's alone in the outside world as to avoid getting anymore attention to himself. If Jamie is in public with friends, Jamie opens up and acts more like himself.
* Jamie lives in a house with a landlady who rents out rooms to other monsters. His room is decorated in shades of black, turquoise and green. Jamie sleeps with a plain body pillow to keep him company, along with a ton of other pillows in his bed.
* Jamie spends the majority of his time inside the house and rarely contributes to doing chores unless he's helping someone else do them.
* Doesn't have a job.

- Jamie cannot hold eye contact with people, and has moments were he's extremely shy and won't speak to anyone and other times where he loves getting in people's space and chatting their ears off. Jamie doesn't really act like an adult.
- Jamie's stimming behavior is waving his hands/arms when he's excited. Another stimming action when he's upset is when he plays with his hands/fingers. If Jamie experiences a nightmare/is overstimulated with negative emotions, he'll start to scratch himself primarily on the arms and legs.
- Jamie has a lisp.
- Jamie is terrible at social cues and jokes. He doesn't know when it's a bad time to ask something from a person or if they want Jamie to leave them alone. In the case someone tells a joke, he doesn't understand and will take what a person says seriously, until the person tells him it's a joke. Still, Jamie won't understand.
- Often times when Jamie watches a television show and likes a particular line that was said, he'll repeat it to someone he talks to later, whether or not they watched the show themselves. This leads to a lot of miscommunication, until Jamie either admits he heard it from a tv show or the person either doesn't care or figures out where Jamie heard the line from.
- Loves to cuddle. Just be careful of his tentacles and getting close to his face, his thorns are very much dangerous.
- The thorns on Jamie's tendrils and vines are poisonous. While they cannot kill a person, it can cause nausea, migraines and drowsiness. To some degree, Jamie is in control of how these symptoms affect a person. It's been seen that people he doesn't know/dislike tend to receive negative affects when in contact with the thorns, while people close to him only experience drowsiness. So while it would be unsafe for an unwanted person to try and cuddle with him, someone he's comfortable with might have an easier time doing so. The pain of still getting pricked by his thorns still apply in either case, as they're sharp enough to draw blood.
- Jamie's appearance is more or less misleading. While he can look threatening, he doesn't mean any harm.
- Jamie loves pranks, but he doesn't know the limit to them. So while he may be trying to just have fun, his pranks could possibly become dangerous if he's not told the limits he can go and the reason why.
- If Jamie is yelled / being made fun of, he'll often say "Sorry, sorry" repeatedly, and only stops when he feels better.
- The flower on Jamie's eye socket is sensitive. Pulling at it can really hurt him and cause him to overreact. Or gently touching it can cause him to become a blushing mess.
- Jamie is the illegitimate child of Nightmare Sans and Vessel, the god of life (owned by drowning-in-the-void). Because of this, Jamie's soul is black with negativity from Nightmare's genes. Jamie also benefits from the negativity of people around him, but he doesn't actively seek them out or cause trouble for more. If anything, he tries to hang around positive people and spread it, even if it weakens him. Jamie is kinda in the situation where he doesn't want to be what he is- a monster made of negativity that needs it to become stronger. He'd much rather be weak and have positivity around him than succumb to this darkness he never asked for.

I adopted this bab from Drowning-In-The-Void and I luv him so much it hurts. He's just a precious bby that needs to be protected at all costs.
