Mane & tail can be changed, small details can be added. I charge 10 USD for complex tack or wings extra.
I'll do a clean outline (which you can keep for further practise) and simple shaded colors (of course some bling-bling is always included).
Flat/simple BG with some extras (if you wish).

very nice take on the proportions i like it, where are the hooves though xd and maybe if you changed one of the front legs from standing to lifted, it would make it look quirkey, very nice drawing !
