I was super excited for the 30th Anniversary of the series last April, specially because Rocky was there. Yeah, I know most people prefer Jason and all, but Rocky was my "first" Red Ranger, because he was playing the role when I started watching. Besides, I like his personality a lot because we're very similar! And guess what? Steve Cardenas nailed it! (SPOILERS AHEAD)He was never a great actor back in the 90s, and he is still not good, but the guy is very charismatic and made the character work very well. Besides, the episode was only one hour long and the spotlight was most of the time on Zack, Billy and Minh, so Rocky and Kat were supporting characters. Still tho, he had lots of great moments, like redeeming himself by getting the rotation in the kick right, saving a civillian from a deadly fall and finishing Robo-Minotaur off!

For this photo, I was looking for some inspiration for my weekly post (cuz' you know, the white background is sooo blend) and found the cover of Mighty Morphin' 19 by BOOM! Studios, in which Rocky fights Cogs from Power Rangers Zeo. Ironically, he's not fighting Cogs in the story (the grunts of Automaton Dominion are more like wheel shaped robots) but well, it looks good and it's all that matters to me Haha!

Power Rangers was a HUGE part of my childhood and it's still a big part of my life. It's just magical to be a ranger for a while!
