Throughout the day Bran has seemed pretty chill and calm, not showing any signs

of discomfort or nervous tendencies. Althrough when Volker was actually getting

him ready for their turn, the young stallion felt that something was in the air and

looked around as if there was something specific to find.

Volker stayed calm as usual and tried to have a positive affect on Bran with it.

It seemed to work, as he slowly lost some tension again and followed his trainer

well behaved into the outdoor field. For today, it was Bran's decision on how far

he'd wanna take it. The whole situation was new to him and Volker on top of it all

wanted the young stallion to have a positive experience at his first event.

Carefully he lifted the Hula Hoop over his head and then took one of the umbrellas.

It actually came quite handy during this rainy day. In the other hand he had one

of the pool noodles, wiggling it around Bran and carefully touching his legs with it.

Later on it was Bran's own initiative to step into the kids pool and to drink some

from it. Good soup.

What caught his attention though, was their "neighbor", who made some motor

noises the stallion was seemingly interested in. For a moment Bran wasn't sure

if he should be scared and flee, but in the end he was too curious so he stayed

and watched, since the other stallion across the fence didn't seem to be bothered

at all. The weird two-legger must be alright then, so he decided.
