The pressures of finding his own way had proven to great a burden to bear. In the end he'd found himself unable to choose. Thus he paid the price. The null was chased from Stonehaven, as all burdens were. Yet buried somewhere underneath the shame and sorrow, free from expectations, Stark finally felt alive. He ran eastward, no particular destination in mind except somewhere far away.
