Pulseman is a very niche videogame. It was developed by gamefreak before they moved onto pokemon! It's super cute and badass at the same time.
Boy, this drawing took a good while! I never usually commit myself so much, but I felt loads of responsibility because someone was depending on me to do well... I didn't want him to feel one ounce of regret!

I've never played Pulseman,but I've been meaning to try it for some time.I know it featured a lot of digitised speech,which was quite a stand out feature for Megadrive games.Most speech on other games tended to be short like shouts or two word lines.Pulseman,however, had longer lines so I understand.

mm, ahaha this art was actually for a youtube video review about pulseman! I learned a lot about the game from it, it honestly looks very pretty and although the plot is so ridiculous, that's just part of its charm.

I haven't seen that video you mention.I watched a little of a World of Longplays playthrough of Pulseman.
I can't remember the plot in great detail,but if I remember correctly(?!) the intro mentioned that Pulseman was not built,but was 'conceived'.His father was a scientist and his mother was a computer A.I..
