For maximum.edibility soak it in tea or coffee. Or in only water if you have it.
Mix bout 6 cups flour 1 cup water (or less if materials are scarce) into. A bowl. Stir until to thick to stir. Knead and roll until 1/2" thick. Cut into 3 by 3" squares, poke 4 rows of 4 holes. Place onto cookie sheet. Bake for about 30 mins and flip them and cook for 30 mins more, let cool for 30 mins and you have your edible flour bricks!
