Even more practice, done just this week!Used no references and all of the background was free-hand. I felt exceptionally confident after completing this one to where I went ahead and did another right after it....

Oh, this one has a nice calm and subtle touch to it, the background is nice, and it sorta looks like she has that "eyeing you from across the bar" look, but it's subtle, which is nice, looks to me like she had a bit of a tough day and just saw a hot guy while waiting for her drink.
