This is a custom Windows 7 theme that I'm currently building. This is a mock-up that I made entirely from scratch (aside from the wallpaper) in Photoshop. I will be using Rainmeter for the interface on the desktop. This is my first time making a custom theme and hopefully things go smoothly to make this theme happen.

I will also take this opportunity to announce that I am in production of creating a web-comic series along with a friend of mine. Since I haven't had any concrete GUI designs for the web-comic, I thought it would make sense to create a Windows 7 theme with a motive to simultaneously creating an interface for the comic as well as something for the website/blog.
