Description If my tablet dies, I kind of picture it being a bit like this, only more futile. Just a sketch today (again!); there is an image from yesterday, but it's a bit of a time consuming beast and may actually take several more days. In the mean time, expect more quick-to-draw images in the interim. It should be worth it, though, so look out for it!

Drawn in Painter 2015.

LOL.  I think I hated my tablet more at the beginning than I hated the crow quills and drawing pens when I first got those.  That's a lot of hate.  Now I don't know what I would do without either.  Guess it's love.

Oh man that 'first time using a tablet' experience is killer for sure. I remember my naive self thinking how great it would be, "just like drawing on real paper with real media but straight into the computer and with all the magic of working digitally"... if only! That said, like you I would be lost without mine now.

Plus, thinking about it, things have come a long way; we're getting to finally see Wacom get some competition from the likes of Yiynova and even MS and Apple dipping their toes in. Exciting times to come I'm sure.

LOL.  Exactly.  I still can't believe it works, at last, and hasn't completely crippled my ability to draw well!
Yes!  I've seen the Yiynova equivalent of Wacom's Cintiq.  The price tag is way lower.  I didn't know MS and Apple were getting involved, however.  Looks like I better not blow the wad on a Cintiq.  Wait a while and see what the others come up with, eh?
