Same model, composited. Look at the ankles carefully. The lighting is slightly different, which threw me initially.

I had assume there were three girls until I read the comments. Great legs on display...front view on the right gives away toned athletic (but still feminine) musculature. Noice work.

Great set up, idea and composition, I really like this one! Also a difference in the skin tone of the middle model looks good. This one is also not bound down. What did you want to achieve with this? Or you will just let it be abstract? Is she intruding in a way?

intresting compersition although i think it would have worked better had you tryed to go for a more symetrical affect - straiten out the legs more, shift the models so that the curves exentuate each other. also you could have done something with the vain affect caused by the bed cloaths.

minor quibles though, its great.
