brillaint crime scene potential but it lacks any, well, form of brutality. then again if you were going for brutality, im sure you would've sorted that out.

Most of it seems to make sense, except the random blood in the corner, and the shoe just sorta sittin there. I like how her eyes look like shes been crying.

Looks to me like,
She was raped and strangled with the cloth around her neck. The way her fingers still even in death try to pull it away. he didnt want to be found so he didnt take her credit card nor her car keys, because there would be a Bolo. He used her weakness against her, her asthma when he decided to kill her. he found her inhaler, and used her weakness. It also looked like he tried to redress her but got spooked and took off.

Love how you set all this up for people to try and figure out but also in a very pulp noire way.

the victim tried to call 911 but she was raped then strangled...or the opposite...
A piece of cloths fits tightly around her neck and it seems just money was stolen...
The exactly cause of death will be determined by autopsy... I would be the coroner !
I see to much CSI... !
