Nicely done. I do like the rainy background. I find it interesting that he's wearing gloves, which seem a little odd a choice for a character who seems determined to wear as little as possible. Don't get me wrong, I think gloves are cool (I wear them often myself), but they feel like an odd choice for this particular character. I really love the fur-cape though, and the sword design, and the eye medallion on the sash. The proportions of the body feel just a bit off to me, but otherwise, it's good.

Let's start with the "bad" things. The style is a little confusing, it's kinda semirealistic with that smooth shadows, but it has some strong lineart. Wich style did you want to represent? If you want to go with a more "Marvel style", you can keep strong lines and you have to add black shadow and strong lights, with a little blur where you think it looks good. It's kinda hard to mange all the black at first, but the results are worth the study! s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/o…

 If instead you prefer coloring the picture than spending time on the lineart, you still have to darken the shadows, because they're very very light, and don't give him enough tridimensionality. In this case, just spend more time on the coloring, and try to copy some photos with good lights!

The strong yellow light is good, but if that exist, the rest of the body has to be darken, since that should be the strongest light source to produce such contrast.

Then the good things c: It's very powerful! I can feel his strenght, since the pose really work well, and the light from behind make him seems ready to catch you.
