Description
This fan game was originally titled "Castlevania: Heirloom of the First Sinner." It had a way different game scenario and because I did so much planning before even starting programming, alot of my concept art and design were rendered obsolete. I can still borrow ideas here and there though.

But yeah, check out this map! It took me a week to put together. My idea was that players can traverse through four of these metroidvania-like maps kind of like in Portrait of Ruin and then take the relics and things gained into Castlevania, where the game would be linear and super effing hard. So you would go as far as you could, learn what relics and things might help, and then return to metroidvania maps to gain more stuff.

Cool part was you would visit the graves of your Belmont ancestors and then play as them in their own stages like this. I still love this idea but it's just too much work for me to do at my novice skill level (assuming that I dont want this to be a 5-year game dev cycle. lol).
