He's not. I just decided to name him something since he had no name. In the game called dragon ball online, he was named as the "Unnamed character 2" or something along those lines

I can't believe that im actually replying to your comment after 6 years. but no, he's not my character. He's from a game called dragon ball online and i like how badass he looked. and since not a lotta people used to draw him, so i decided to trace him from goku
