Actually, Bio-Broly is in a Japanese DBZ arcade game. And yeah, he has the Eraser Cannon and Gigantic Spike. And some other things

I think if they replaced the name "broly" with him as just some random Bio-android or something, it would've been better and canonically possible. There was nothing Brolyish about Biobroly but his appearance... I think they just slammed the name Broly onto the movie because the last 2 Broly movies were already a hit...
