This form mixes the visuals of Build Rabbit Dragon, Cross-Z Build, Victory Striker, and Siren Striker. If V-Striker is a jumbo jet and S-Striker is a tank, then this form is a flying fortress.Build SHT possess the abilities of Rabbit Dragon/Cross-Z Build, as well as the fusion between the 2 upgrades of LuPat. All of the 4 Riders merged into this form. Whereas Build and Cross-Z handled the main body, Grease and Rogue handled the fusion Super Sentai upgrade.
