My own depiction of the new Complete Form 21.

Apologies if it's not much of a difference. After several considerations, I'd rather have a bulky/chonky armor for this Decade form. The original torso is fine, but IMO Zero-Two's card should've been below Grand Zi-O. Also, the Zi-O Decade Armor parts are fitting enough for this one and should've been used instead. As for the cape, it was made with energy fabric much like the ones on Ichigata and Zero-Two, so it would only appear during special move, finishers, defense move, etc.

Also, I kinda understand what Toei is trying to pull off by having him and Zi-O use both Zero-Two card and Saber Ridewatch respectively. Seeing how Reiwa already had 2 Riders, it's fitting for them to use the powers that are probably "beyond their own limit" side by side.
