Happy 50th anniversary of Kamen Rider, folks! Here's another redesign of Decade Complete 21 that's a bit more faithful to the original design because I've slowly gotten used to it lol. I'm still keeping the Violent Emotion visors and Zi-O Decade Armor parts because I like how the bulk could've been much more suitable for Complete 21. I also used the opportunity to make my OC Decade-Kai have the form and have him hold both the Ride Booker and Ride Heisaber, too.

So here's the thing; in this continuity, the original Decade NEVER uses K-Touch 21 and had been solely usin the Neo-Decadriver to transform into the Legend Riders' final forms as well as his own, and that Decade-Kai's K-Touch 21 was an upgrade of his own old K-Touch. He could also still use the regular Complete Form just by changing the K-Touch's card, too. (These are all based on the DX toys' features, btw.

In this form, Decade-Kai can summon the Final Form Legend Riders + Zero-Two and/or use their abilities for himself, as well as accessing their Final Form Rides. The summons consists of Grand Zi-O and Zero-Two, both wearing the K-Touch 21 with Heisei Phase 2 and Phase 1 cards respectively, while the others wear the Decadriver. He can also use the Final Form Ride cards, as well.

Despite the armor's bulk, he can also move fast and hit hard thanks to the Legend Riders' abilities powering his armor, especially Zero-Two's. He's also acquired dimensional travel ability much like Ultimate Zero.
