An ultimate form of Decade who has finally reached the higher plane of existence as Ohma Zi-O himself. Accessed through the use of the World Decadriver and armed with the mighty Ride Booker and Ride Heisaber, Decade could access the powers of all Kamen Riders throughout the history, be it those who came before and after him. The armor is also a fusion of Complete Form, Violent Emotion, and Decade Armor that carried an entire codex of Kamen Rider legacy.

Note: I wish if there would be a Decade V-Cinema set in Zi-O: Next Time or Rider Time, Decade could have a new form that is more or less the same as this one since it would heavily rely upon retools and recolors. And for me, this is the closest and most realistic choice that Toei could come up with.
