- Carnotaurus Genome took the motive of Kamen Rider Fifteen, an evil Rider from (the forever accursed) Heisei VS Showa: Kamen Rider Taisen movie. He was a Rider who also uses Legacy gimmick in the form of Legend Rider Lockseeds.

- In Heisei VS Showa movie, there was a monster named The Generalissimo of Badan, which took a form of a bipedal dinosaur. Since T-Rex was taken as Revice's base form, Carnotaurus was taken as this form's basis.

- The logo was an inverted, horned version of Rex Vistamp. The position was meant to symbolize Fifteen's position as a villain in the movie who tried to turn the world of the dead and living upside down.
