Finally get to draw her! XD

I've been speculating that Tsukuyomi's Rider system is similar to that of a Quartzers, the Singular System I called it, in which she was able to summon a Rider or use their weapons through the use of their Ridewatches. Since Zi-O's theme is Legend Riders, I figured that Tsukuyomi should have at least that kind of ability, which sadly wasn't explored in the show.

Thinking back on the past female Riders, I know that some of you, including me, complained about how they were poorly handled in Heisei era, being they were either underutilized or killed off in any instance. I think it's because for Toei, they didn't sell too much in Japan itself, and that at the time they were unaware of the enthusiasm that rose from the female Riders' appeal on the overseas. It's still sad I know.

Then again, I'd like to think that Shirakura-P himself had been trying his best to make Kamen Riders more inclusive for everyone, even though he might not have much hearsay on almost every Toei property. So, I think it's a bit unfair to judge him that badly based on rumors circulating around him. That being said, let me know what you think about it.
