Hal was inspired by a tabletop roleplaying game that me and my friends have been working on for a few years now. in the campaign, i was a techno-shaman, or someone who talked to spirits and specialized in spirits in technology. her main spirit partner, Hal, waaaaas a binary im window in her screen (yes the character knew binary), but then we downed a couple of black hawks after our party and our metalurgist used them to create hal a body. hal supplied himself an incredibly bish illusional shell to hide his metal, etc etc etc, and this is what i came up with. sharpie on cardboard
