I've been studying character designs for my own stuff lately, and so Chrono Trigger comes up, friggin awesome designs! Toriyama-sensei plays with size and shape and color sooooo well. And I've been listening to Yasunori Mitsuda stuff while I've been working on this, so woo!Anyhoo, this is THE bestest game ever made.
I tried playing with the lighting again. All the colors are on one layer (i donno, just don't seem to like coloring on a bunch of layers...). Hope you guys enjoy!

EDIT: Alrighty, anyone with some dream to write some stuff for another Chrono Trig sequel and wouldn't mind sharing it, I'm gonna see if I can make some art for it. Like new character designs, situations, etc. Just check out my journal entry for more info about it, and leave the idea in the comments there and I'll see what I can do, thanks!

Everything about this is perfect! The movement, their expressions, the sense of motion, Schala holding Janus and Alfador in the wagon, JOHNNY RACING IN THE WATER OMG--everything! Great job!

This is indeed is great, I specially love that they are using Robo as a Car as well as how you captured the character's expressions, this goes straight forward to my favorites

it's a little late to comment on this now but this is F***ing mind blowing Chrono Trigger is one of my favorite games of all time and this is by far the best fan art I've ever seen for it keep up the good work

Noooo!! I'm sorry, that sounds absolutely disgusting. My dog sleeps in my bed, too. Some years back, when she was still a pup, the neighbor kids came running up to pet her, so she got really scared, jumped in my arms and peed all over.
