I'm laughing,
at the comedy of it all.

The world stopped waiting for this jury.
Now they're all bunched,
flapping and waiting,
for someone to remember,
exactly what,
or who,
they ever really cared about,
I,
think tomorrow,
I will brush up,
on some perspective.

Again.
Only one thing is self-evident.
It will not happen again.
If only I would stop hoping.
I cry out!! her name!!
and yet,
I believe!!!,
in some fungus,
sprouted erupting madness,
and I was formed to lick,
the remaining residue, the CEO,
yes sir, general
sir, yes
sir,
your holiness.
Watch as you sink,
sick and deep into
implosion,
Ill listen as you twirl,
endlessly whizzing and shrieking
counter-cogito, ergo sum ,
your axis gaining speed,
but no advancement,
around,
and,
around,
and,
around,
growing wider in your spin,
increasing only your intensity,
and discharging,
very sickly.

I'll be honest: I usually have a hard time reading poetry. Not that I don't like poetry, just sometimes it's very hard to grasp what the writer is trying to say. This is especially true with " angry" poetry. It tends do one of two things: sacrifice focus and form for emotional expression, or the other way around; it doesn't come off emotional enough while keeping form intact.
This has kept the best of both "options"- and I didn't struggle through it! I feel as if I'm (re?)living the content with you, and that's the mark of a good poem! +Fav!

Excellent my friend, the differing structure throughout is superb. There's too favourite lines for me to list, but it really does hit home. Very intense, but not overzealous. Brilliant poem 
Anger's always been something I've struggled to keep intact. I've spent a good bit of my life struggling to keep myself calm when anger seems ready to rear it's ugly head. This poem has shown me a new way to view anger, a new way to write about it too. A great inspiration I think. Great work!

Thank you so much for your comment. Anger is something I more recently discovered in its true form. This last year has been so hard. I feel a bit more settled and its like the quote you have/had in your signature about giving up or going on both equal arbitrary.

I absolutely love the structure to this⦠fits the content and color of it perfectly. Speaking of content: you hit angry, but with a very clear and well formed point.
