Description One of a series of character references for the Wilkinson otter-folk.

This is Todd Wilkinson, the paternal head of the family.
Having done service as a barge-captain on the river, giving pleasure cruises to holidaymakers, he is fairly well off and able to support the family. Now working in the management for the river cruise business, as he is well on in years and experience - though he still like to get out on the water himself sometimes.
He has been married to his wife, Willow, for some considerable number of years and has four children: one son and two daughters of his own; and an adopted son, the ferret Frederick.
