It feels like you took this after the rain, and that atmosphere goes very naturally with the blue colors and wet nature of the bubble. The contrast and lighting may be a little low here (you could consider tweaking levels/curves in an editing program), but I'm not sure you really need to change it.
Your composition is excellent: Having one bubble isolated on the right half of the frame and clustering a group of others in the left corner is really appealing. There is a clear (literally - very accurate Depth of Field) focal point/subject and a Z-shaped path for the eye to follow through the whole frame. To capture a precious, fleeting moment so specifically is very impressive.
