I really enjoy the fact that this is extremely symbolic (for me atleast)
The fact that you called it "Devil's Self Portrait" is so exact and wonderful to how we know evil. "Satan", to me, is NOT real. However - what he stands for is real. (the real evil we see day to day. Evil as one .. solid.. force.. thing. yin and yang)
And so therefor, a headless body is sort of symbolic of the "reality of the surreal" in this case, as well as a great ammount of other things I enjoy about this.

I like the contrast of body against tile. And the fact that your face is completely hidden. Still drawn to that burn though. Amazing.

oh well i liked the texture of the body, and the colors that showed up. and the cross shaped burn scar on the hip and the fact that you cant see the face
