An evil scientist going by the title the doctor/doc in the criminal underworld, performing cruel acts against humanity and nature he created a new mutagen drug which makes a mutants powers increase tenfold, those without powers becoming monsters.

This however had the effect of creating a new focus as a man was mutated into an unlikable mutant monster able to regenerate from anything, using this new mutants genes he began Project B.A.M.

Splicing numerous mutant genes with the regneration gene the doc was able to give a mutant multiple powers, project B.A.M was focused on weaponising that idea, creating super powered mutant monstrosities with microchips implanted in their heads.

In an act to find and stop the doc the mutant task force located a lab disguised as a hospital, after breaking in the doc activated the shut down and release of all B.A.M's in the building, these B.A.M's having no programming yet leaving them wild and dangerous.

Invisible Mutant: this mutant unlike other has retained her memories of being human, once a young girl kidnapped by the docs henchmen she was a target for the B.A.M project due to her invisibility power, she was also given the ability to see through numerous light spectrums.
