Description
A squirrel that has decided to visit our garden. Troy would never have allowed him in and that's why I've been waiting years to get some squirrel photos.I've been getting a few shots of him but I'm having to photograph him through the windows.
There will be a few more comical moments to come from him I'm sure before he goes off to hibernate.

I had to give up work sudenly a couple of months ago due to ill health so it's taken me a while to adjust to being 'retired'. Apart from that everything is fine. I'm actually starting to enjoy being at home

Nice capture, no doubt the first of many. Clouds and silver linings I suppose? I used to get all sorts of birds and other wildlife to my small suburban garden with the aid of a big bird table and lots of feed but I had to get rid of it and put off the birds when my 3 cats arrived. They are lovely cats but I miss the wildlife. On the plus side I haven't had mice in my shed chewing through absolutely everything since then

Same here. We used to have all sorts of birds and then when we had the cats they had to stop coming down. Two years ago the cats were too old to chase them so we got a bird table. Now Troy has gone we have this little squirrel as well. I think I would still prefer to have Troy back though. I will have to keep my fingers crossed about the mice now
