After the Chernobyl meltdown where lethal levels of radiation where released, the abandoned temporary amusement park, Pripyat, became the home to a strange sight. The park was meant for the May Day celebration, which never came. Some carousel horses came alive, mutated and incredible dangerous. Perhaps not scary enough for you? There never was a carousel in Pripyat Park. So, where exactly did these creatures come from? Where they stuffed animals or spirits caught in the wrong realm.

Fallout is one of the nicer of the clan. She can be very sweet or kill everything in sight. She is the only mare of the trio. Her eyes were melted out but manages to perceive her world through echolocation.
