Description

Once the horse has been nominated, it is put into the gallery folder labeled "Nominees" I will create a deviation with the horses name on it with the rules listed under neath it. (The owner is notified of every nomination and will be notified when the horse becomes a candidate.)

As soon as the deviation is in the gallery, then it is up for voting. One fave = One vote. Once the horse reaches 50 faves, then it is put into the Hall Of Fame.
