an edit of a somewhat recent interview with my broadcasting and voice acting hero, George Lowe, famous for his role as Space Ghost on Space Ghost Coast to Coast.

i have been super busy with adult life stuff and back end development for my career, and increasingly involved in radio DJ work (currently an unpaid yet rewarding gig.) i also happen to be an OG fan of SGC2C since episode 1 dropped in the mid 90's, and i learned a lot about comedic timing and radio delivery from George's performance. having watched some interviews with George on YouTube in the last few years, i learned that he had first been a morning DJ and VJ near Tampa in the late 80's/early 90's before the gig with what would become Adult Swim.

its been a blast learning about all this, as i kind of just stumbled into radio work, and am hype af to find i'm following in a personal hero's footsteps.

i have not had a lot of energy for my visual work lately, but i want to try and publish at least twice a month or so. it also serves as a bit of a break from the normal grind right now.

i just kind of wanted to mess around with this screencap from one of the interviews. he was emulating a crazed driver going out of control when i paused to use the bathroom, and it just made me laugh. i like that i can relate different parts of my work together in a piece like this.

as for my work in radio, i'm still working on uploading episodes of the Darkwave show i cohost and developing a web presence with it. here's what there is to see at the moment:

the show i cohost aires 9-11pm EST Thursday nights, and replays at 4-6am EST Sunday morning, though i'm not in every week. its very spur of the moment right now, but i seem to be on around twice a month average recently. listening link:
