I dug through God knows how many pages trying to find THE right face, and this was the pic. But I, being stupid at 1 AM in the morning here, forgot to fave the thing, or otherwise note where it was, and who made it. X_X And digging through dozens MORE pages in Stock Photos of Men hasn't given me the page in question either. *collapses*
Firebird simply told me what URL the image had been locate at, but it wouldn't tell me which page it came from so I could backtrack. X_X Ugh.
Anyways, this is a photomanip of Android 17 from Dragonball Z. The face was just sooo perfect, and I simply added the hair, the shoulders, and the shirt.
And of course, the background. I've got to say of all my attempts to photomanip a guy into Android 17, this has to be by and far the best I've probably come out with. 
All done in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 with Aiptek pen and tablet. Enjoy.

Thank you! Yeah I thought it'd be neat to make a more realistic try at the character while still keeping the attire and "vibe" canon. Worked out pretty well.

Just saw and commented. Didn't see the whole outfit, but what I saw looks very accurate. The hair was especially convincing.

No, Im an australian! So it was Supanova sydney! I have met so many voice actors through it as well.. My next cosplay for October is going to be Sephiroth from Final Fantasy Advent Children, so I'm a little nervous

Yes I do Quinn, but I don't think they'd qualify as devs since they used copyrighted pictures as the base for the photomanips.
I'm hoping to find at least a decent stock pic to manip into 18....dunno about Piccolo. Chris Judge is just perfect for him....
*sighs* We'll see what happens. Sometimes the pictures I run into are what inspire the artwork that involves them.

The nose is a little bit to big for 17 (after all, there's no livind creature with those pointed noses of cartoons), but the rest is perfect and the image is great!
