I think so, too. Kind of like how Mistress Shade had black tears as a side effect of using her shadow form too much. Maybe, once they're completely white, they die?? I don't know, kind of just a prediction.

Brings up an interesting question... Can he commit kitty suicide if he really wanted to? Like, know that he truly wanted to, put his paw to his neck, aaannnd... Since Frozenclaws CAN kill anyone they want to, and Silo is afraid of hurting other cats or Janice?

I get the strong feeling that the fact the whiteness of his paw is spreading means something bad. Like maybe it corrupts him in a way? I have a theory that it make's his tendencies to kill others with his power stronger or something. Also, the fact that he's touching his scar while grinning evilly with blood in his mouth makes me think he kills someone, maybe the cats who gave him the scar. I think that he might betray Janice somehow. I have no idea where this comes from, but I just feel like he's been pulling a Hans the entire time to manipulate her or something.
And now that I read the other comics, I have two guesses.
1. He kills the cats who killed Isabella(who I literally just now found out was Silo's brother). I don't feel like that's it though, since I don't see anything really happening to Janice from it, since she might oppose to killing them but she'd probably not be mad cause she would kill them if she had the chance. Also, I don't think the other Frozenclaws are going to disappear from the story just like that, especially not the brother of a main character.
2. He joins forces with them or something similar. I'm not comfortable with this one either, since I can't really see him doing that. He ran away from them and said no one really liked him there, so that's not going to happen either.

Maybe he tries to kill himself or something similar? I know this isn't cannonized yet, but maybe Janice isn't allowed to visit him anymore? t makes sense I guess. Maybe she had to agree to not see him anymore in order to stay in the ruins? If that's the case, I get the feeling that Silo would either turn bitter and cold, or bitter and depressed. He said he NEEDED her. Maybe he'd be so frail without her that he'd try and end it? I don't like that alternative much, but he seems like he'd do something like that. That'd explain the blood and why he's touching his neck like that,
That also brings up the issue of Frozenclaw's powers, Would they be able to kill themselves just by touching their necks? That seems kind of bad for them. What if they have to scratch or something?
Hmm...the more I think of this the more confused I get. Silo wouldn't die just like that, but as far as I know there's no way to stop a Frozenclaw's powers...
Ugh, I can't wait for the next pages! This is probably all wrong, but oh well. I like to theorize!

One minor correction, touch with a frozenclaw's death paw doesn't always equal death. The Frozenclaw can choose whether their death paw kills (unless they're overwhelmed with extremely strong emotion) which is mentioned in this page: jasperlizard.deviantart.com/ar…
