I drew it with no idea for a background, and then was looking at an article about Hagaren in a Newtype magazine I had and it had a nice side view of Al. I then though that would look kinda cool behind Ed instead of his own shadow, wich I originally had. This is one of my fav Hagaren pics that I've done

I like the colouring style in this picture. And very nice idea to put Al's shadow there instead of Ed's, it makes this picture more intresting and lively.

I adore all your attention to little extra details that really add to the picture, such as the FMA symbol in the bottom and little shadows, like from the watch chain, and etc.
