Officer Keiko Akamai took one look at the black sedan with it's tail light out and figured it could use a pull over and some advice to change the bulb.

A quick check on the system also saw that it needed insurance details filled too! Putting on her little car's lights and motioning to the driver to pull over, Keiko got out the car notebook in hand.

Unfortunatly the Driver of this car was none other than mob enforcer Kosuke Kozu, a short violent tempered little woman who didnt take kindly to some rent-a-cop pulling her over and asking for her insurance details.

Deciding that she should teach the traffic brat a lesson, Kosuke's violent nature and streetfighting prowess defeated keiko's best attempts at stopping her, leaving the meter maid stripped to her underwear and tightly gagged.

Grinning at the girls misfortune, Kosuke popped the lid of the boot fo the car and gestured for keiko to lie herself down in it. after all, she didnt have much choice, bound and gagged as she was. Keiko for her part let out a string of muffled oaths and gave the short mob enforcer an angry glare, aiming a clumsy kick at her, but it was nimbly avoided and used as leverage to tilt her into the trunk, which closed quickly on her struggling form, the mocking snigger of the yakuza enforcer still ringing in her ears.
