A slightly disturbed and pretty rough looking angelI don't think the lower body is in proportion with the upper body, but it isn't a major issue. I spose it doesn't look too bad as a whole.

I really really like the torn parts of the outfit the tattered edges are done so well. I believe you may be right there, the body seems to end too quickly but overall it isn't so bad as to make it the focal point and considering the kind of outfit can always be rectified later should you ever want to.
