***EDIT 10/26/2015***Comments disabled because no one knows how to not take jokes seriously. I can understand disagreements, they exist, but there is a way to not be a d*ck about it.
***EDIT 10/24/2015***
Okay, I'm going to be clear here, since people seem to be taking this joke seriously. If you're taking this seriously when I clearly stated it was made for fun, you're a f*cking idiot. Why is everyone taking jokes like this seriously? It's meant to be funny, hence why it's a damn meme! *sigh* People must like getting my bad side...
***END EDIT***
No hate on these movies, guys, gonna clear that now. I actually like BttF.
But seriously, since we've passed its most "futuristic" date of October 21, 2015 that means these movies are ripe for a reboot where the chars go even further into the future...'course in 30 years we'll probably still have grounded cars and hover boards that still don't hover. Or it'll be Zombieland XD
But seriously, this was made for fun, and just out of that thought I had myself. Everyone's like "oh no, it's about the past now!", but what about its future? Usually movies, after so long (or in a short span of time) wind up being rebooted. Best example, Superman, Batman, Spiderman...those have all been rebooted at one point or another.
So yeah, all in good fun^^

Since there's been enough reboots throughout the year alone.

We're there THAT many reboots this year?

Mostly children's shows in my country of the UK, It's obviously the same as remakes.

Oh really? Do they reboot things like crazy over there? As far as I'm concerned, here in the US it's a little less common for reboots. Sometimes they occur if a series just didn't do well (or it did fine and they want something watered-down *cough*TeenTitans*cough*), or maybe they wanna tell a different side to a known story (mostly movies). I think Superman has had the most reboots in terms of movies, 'cause each actor was always different.

No. Just because it's slightly dated does not make it necessary to reboot. Also, little known fact, the 2015 in the movie was not what the directors thought it'd be like. It was a giant joke, hence things like the scenery channel and two ties.

...You realize this was made for fun, right? And what 2015 movie?

I don't agree. It's a classic for a reason.
I hope 2016 isn't a year of crappy reboots....because we need original ideas for movies (like Inside Out).

It'll still be considered a classic, but even good classics get reboots. Some are lucky enough to avoid this, and this is one that hopefully won't get a reboot. But again, it's a joke, not to be considered serious.
Lord knows what next year will bring (I know we'll get Deadpool though, and I'm excited for that). Although I think we need less R-Rated movies; getting tired of seeing that rating popping up with every single new film that comes out.

Note to consider: I'm not good with jokes. (You can thank Tumblr). I just want it to end like 'Alice in Wonderland'. "Have you seen Alice in Wonderland?" "Yeah, I like Alice with the bandersnatch scene." "I meant the Disney one..." "..."
And remember when the 'Breakfast Club' rumored to get a reboot? How everyone retaliated and flipped their shit. And it ended up to be some dick's idea of a hoax.
I can't wait to see it! [Since I'm old enough to see it...though I may need to bribe my brother into taking me]. What we need is a horror that isn't about sex. [That's why I don't consider 2009 and up horror movies seriously--because they are utterly crap].
I'm sorry, but I'm a bit defensive of what media I love [and willing to defend it].

Lol, not a problem; ain't like you're startin' wars. Oh yeah, Alice got that movie starring Johnny Depp, right? I never saw either version.
That was rumored to get a reboot? Ugh, I hate when people do that.
It's gonna be so epic, and with Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool? Sign me up! Yeah, same, I can't stand all these near porno sex scenes. We don't need 'em! I mean okay, Friday the 13th we'll let slide considering its storyline, but other than that, no more damn sex scenes.
It's fine; I can be the same way with things.

Yeah, it had the Tim Burton one. If you don't want to watch it (which is understandable) check out the Nostalgia Critic's review on it (on YouTube).
Yeah, but it was a hoax. I think the "Justin Bieber as Bender" tipped it off....
Hell. fucking. yes. Or I could wait until it comes out on DVD/Redbox and rent it for $1 [saves me over $10 lol]. Seriously! That's what turned me off from the Friday the 13th series. I still remember: (2012 or 2013 I think...) Me: "I want to see the new Friday the 13th!" My friend: "Me too!" Her sister: "You don't want to. It's 20% sex scenes." Me: ".....ugh." And in the 2010 remake of Nightmare on Elm Street [ten minutes in] Me: "JUST KILL ONE OF THEM ALREADY FREDDY! WHY THE FUCK DO YOU LOOK LIKE A FISH?!"
Yeah. Especially with movie adaptions of books....(which needs to stop really).

I haven't seen either, but I do love the Nostalgia Critic, so I might check that out.
...Which one was Bender? But damn, Justin Bieber would ruin any project; he's already f*cked up his career.
I usually rent movies on my dad's PS3, though he's usually the one choosing. I went and saw that Friday the 13th film. It really was mostly near porno-level sex scenes. Like okay, I get it, it's part of his past, but do we really need so much of it when it's clear they're all gonna die? I still recall sitting in that theater and hearing a CHILD'S VOICE. Not kidding, it was a kid's voice. Ah Nightmare on Elm Street...f*ck that. Lol, I'm not saying it's bad, but it gave me more than one nightmare over the span of more than a decade. F*ck you too, Freddy.
Some aren't that bad. The Giver I thought did a pretty good job in its movie adaption. Then again, I read manga instead of books so, I never really know what's in the original.

I think it was either Drag Me to Hell or Mama, but we heard a child. In a horror movie (While my brother busted me for seeing Drag Me)
I don't trust adaptions anymore (exs. Spiderwhick Chronicles, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, The Mortal Instruments...)

I saw Mama, that was pretty damn good, and tragic. Ugh, I swear if I had a guy, and he took our kid to see a film like that, he's won't be able to enter the house, ever. Not even park within 10 miles of it.
Yeah, I don't blame you. Though Eragon was good (I tried reading it and was like ), but the game version sucked; I literally beat the thing within a day.

Seriously.
I try to stay away from games based on books/movies. Like Series of Unfortunate Events, hilariously broken and you really have no idea what is going on. (And I'm fucking stuck on the third guardian!)

Oh I would not put up with that. If he wants to watch scary shit, he can start with Courage.
I saw that movie, and found it boring, which is rare 'cause I like Jim Carey. I don't have the game though; didn't even know one existed.

I love Courage.
I kinda liked....though they could have picked someone else to play Count Olaf. Yeah, the game came out for Gamecube (which is what copy I have) and PS2.

This is so true. The future isn't quite like it is in the movies. Once can hope we get there though.

Lol, I know right? But for some of the really old flicks, it's amazing what they came up with. Cartoons too.
