I don't really celebrate Halloween, but I have been really obsessed with Silent Hill lately. The monsters, the story, and the rich symbolism of the games is captivating. Like always, I decided to combine my latest obsession with Sonic. I have no idea why. Brain rot, I guess.

Here's Rouge dressed up as the manifestation of James Sunderland's guilt over cheating on his wife, also known as a bubble head nurse! I did not forget about the nurse hat; I just couldn't figure out how to fit it with Rouge's ears. I'm hoping you can still understand the costume without it.
